This is a brand new J-45 "The Workhorse". Gibson pre-released this as some of the their 2018 catalog. This is the 2018 J-45 in Trans-Gold- spruce top, maple back and sides. The gold top is not opaque like a GT Les Paul. The gold and wood grain can be seen through the clear coat which gives this a very cool texture yet smooth as ice. Please see the photos. Slim tapered neck. LR Baggs electrified and jacks from the rear. Rosewood fretboard. Ships in the original hardshell case, with all paperwork in the original carton.
